Policies:

Last day: to enable us to give you an excellent service, we would appreciate that our guests aimed at vacating the room by lunchtime. on their last day, unless a prior arrangement has been made.

Cancellation:Please note that our policy is 72 hours minimum before the day of arrival, after which the full amount will be due. The non-refundable deposit is £30 per room per night. However, in the event of us being able to re-let the rooms, and as we have done on several occasions in the past, we will deduct the amount recovered.
